Making your gloves personal at Ron Flowers Sports.
We know you goalkeepers want to stand out from the crowd and make your gloves personal to you, thats why now at the store (and online by request) we offer the ability to personalise your gloves to the same standard as the professionals have.
This week; two of Wolves latest line in talented goalkeepers came into store and had their gloves personalised for them. Current senior squad (and at time of writing first choice) and Ireland Under 21; Aaron McCarey and current under 21 first choice Jon Flatt both brought in pairs of their HO Soccer gloves to have their choices stitched into them.
Aaron brought in the pair he will be wearing for the next couple of games, he decided to have Azza 31 stitched into his gloves. After watching intently and then receiving his freshly personalised gloves he was very pleased and surprised at how quickly the machine can embroider what text he wanted on the wristband.
Jon brought in his current match pair that have been used for the past few games and chose to have his surname Flatt stitched into the gloves. While watching the machine stitch his name into the gloves he commented as well about how quick from programming the machine to the finished product and the quality of the personalisation was great.
Both goalies stayed around to have pictures, sign autographs with supporters who wanted to come and meet two of the latest goalkeepers in the Wolves stable.
So this proves that pros and the public like to have their gloves stand out from everybody else’s.
What Gloves Do They Wear?
Aaron & Jon are both wearing HO goalkeepers gloves for this season and next. The Spanish glove brand HO Soccer has a large following across Europe and is growing at a great pace here in the UK, they have goalies such as Tom Heaton (Burnley), Adrian (West Ham) and Owain Fon Williams (Tramere Rovers) just to name a few on their books.
If you want to know more watch this space and you will see a gallery of images from the visit and also video of the gloves being personalised.
