Delivery services, Rates and Schedules
Delivery to any UK mainland address costs £5.95 and we aim to have the order dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note that during busy periods this may sometimes take longer.
Team kit orders are ordered directly from the manufacturer so please allow a minimum of 10 working days.
Delivery of Personalised & Labelled Items
Please note that the delivery of personalised and labelled items (such as OSH & King Edwards VI products) may take up to an additional 7 - 10 working days to be delivered.

Returns Policy (Online Orders Only)
Returning unwanted items
You may return new items sold by Ron Flowers Sports within 14 days of invoice for a refund on unwanted items. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please use the printable Return Form to ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible. Customers must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods. We recommend you get proof of postage.
Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, and taking into account your statutory rights, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products:
- Under garments including, baselayers, sports bras, jock straps and athletic supports if they appear visibly worn in any way;
- Garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery);
- Goods made to your specification.
Returning Items Damaged in Transit
At Ron Flowers Sports we are happy to offer an exchange for items damaged in transit. For any item to be classified as damaged in transit it must have been signed for damaged. We recommend that if the parcel has any sign of damage or is opened then the parcel must be signed for accordingly. In the unlikely event that the items are damaged, please contact us and we will be able to help.
Returning Defective Items
In the unlikely event that the items your have purchased are defective please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. For some specific items a warranty may be supplied with delivery, please make sure this is kept safe.
Returning an incorrect Item
If we have sent you an item that you did not order, or an incorrect size, please contact us immediately. At Ron Flowers Sports we are happy to refund postage and packaging costs when presented with proof of postage if the mistake is ours.
Returns Packaging Guidelines
At Ron Flowers Sports we recommend that all items be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Where it is not possible to use original packaging, please ensure that the items are sufficiently packaged to protect against the wear and tear of delivery and sorting.
In the event that Ron Flowers Sports believes an item has become damaged in transit due to poor packaging by you, Ron Flowers Sports reserves the right to deny a refund. In this case, we will return items to you.
