Online Returns Policy

We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free and enjoyable every time you shop with us online. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Under our 14 Day returns policy, we will allow any product to be returned in its original state. Any product deemed to be faulty or any item sent incorrectly can be returned free of charge. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

To cancel an order before it has been despatched from us, you can contact us on 01902 429490 or email us at sales@ronflowerssports.com and we will refund you and cancel the order. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. 

Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, and taking into account your statutory rights, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products:

  • Under garments including, baselayers, sports bras, jock straps and athletic supports if they appear visibly worn in any way;
  • Garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery);
  • Goods made to your specification.

Instore Returns Policy

To return your item(s) bought in store we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any unwanted goods returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all labels attached and in a re saleable condition. We will also require valid proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund. Please provide a valid proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, you can't return swimwear, underwear, pierced jewellery, personalised or bespoke items, items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons, computer games with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery.
